Delete your account & data

Applies to the Qarran app (web, Google Play, Microsoft Store, App Store).

You can permanently delete your Qarran account and all of your company's business data at any time. This satisfies your right to erasure under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Delete it yourself, inside the app (fastest)

Only the company owner/administrator can delete the account.

Sign in to Qarran.
Open Settings → Data.
Under “Delete my account & company data”, click the red delete button and type DELETE.
Re-enter your password to confirm. Everything is then permanently erased and you are signed out.

The password step verifies it is really you before anything is deleted. This cannot be undone — export a backup first (Settings → Data → Export) if you want a copy.

What is deleted

All business records your company created (projects, quotations, invoices, clients, suppliers, expenses, bills, documents, uploaded files and company settings).
Every team member’s access to the company, and their Qarran login.
The company account itself.

Prefer we do it for you?

Email legal@qarran.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will remove your account, your login and any remaining team-member access within 30 days and confirm by email.

Retention note

Where UAE tax law requires us (or you) to retain certain financial records for a minimum period, any legally-required copies are kept only for that purpose and then deleted. See our Privacy Policy.
