Add the people who can sign documents (name + designation). When making a document you choose who signs it — their name and designation appear in the signature block.

Add any extra info fields (e.g. PO Number, Delivery Terms, Site Location). They appear in the document edit form and as {{cf_key}} tokens in the template editor — drag them anywhere on your custom template.

These codes appear in all document numbers (e.g. QU, INV, DN). Built-in types cannot be deleted but their code/label can be edited. Custom types can be deleted.

Numbering only: custom document type codes are used in the document-numbering scheme. The document workspaces (Quotations, Invoices, LPO, Delivery Notes) are fixed — adding a new code here does not create a new section.

Project category codes used in document numbers (e.g. CW = Civil Work, FO = Fitout Work). Select the type when creating a project.

Choose Default to use the built-in template (customisable via colors/layout below), or open the Canvas Editor for each document type to drag, drop and design your own layout from scratch — like Canva or Keynote.

Default template options (apply when Custom Template is OFF):

When a document spans multiple pages, only the sections you check here will repeat at the top (and bottom) of each page. The items table always splits across pages. Everything else (totals, T&C, bank details, signature) stays as one unit on a single page.

Create up to 3 named templates per document type. When generating a document, you'll be asked which template to use — built-in layouts or one of your custom named designs.
